Our Process.

"Just an overview of the workflow"

What it means to work with us?

We know it’s a big deal to choose an agency to work with. Why should you choose Inspiworks?
Well, apart from a knack for creating extraordinary results for our clients, we have a very transparent process.
That being said, the technical process of a project is specific to its nature. Below is just a general blueprint.

1.

Hello

In our initial kick off meeting of about an hour or two with you will give us a good understanding of each other and the project at hand. Another purpose of this meeting is gaining an understanding of what makes your business tick – to understand your philosophy, the markets in which you operate and the services you provide.

We listen, we observe and we talk to gain a full and detailed picture of your business requirements. It also enables us to follow up with a quote or a recommendation on how to proceed.

2.

Brainstorming

The team at Inspiworks works diligently to discover everything about our clients’ businesses, from core company values to short and long term objectives. Inspiworks must deep dive into the constitution of your business before we can begin creating an actual prototype. It ensures a solid foundation from which to build the rest of the project, including deadlines, marketing and advertising strategies, creative and technical briefings, design, and development. By keeping our clients’ organizational values in line with our own, it allows for more dynamic communication and ultimately a more effective build.

3.

Prototyping

Drawing from the information gathered up to this point, we determine the look and feel of the end product. Target audience is one of the key factors taken into consideration here. The prototype gives you an idea of what the end product would look like. Most importantly, it gives you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes on the design. In this phase, communication is crucial to ensure that the final product will match your needs and taste. We work together in this way, exchanging ideas, until we arrive at the final design for the product. Then production can begin.

4.

Production

This is where we go behind the scenes to provide the actual product. We now have to develop a product to meet all the requirements identified in the planning phase. The build process is carefully managed between our design and development teams. We have a full and dedicated development team with a very broad range of skills. We are able to meet the most complex requirements and we build robust, functional, scalable end products. We will build your project to meet exacting design standards and achieve optimum efficiency.

5.

Testing

Testing, testing, and more testing. Proper review of a site or application is key to long-term stability and success. Our testing process focuses on user experience, usability, and accessibility review as well as cross-browser and mobile device compatibility.

Before the product is launched, it will be placed on a production enviornment where only internal audiences and anyone who you share the link with can view it. Testing of the product is critical as there will inevitably be issues that need to be addressed before it goes live.

6.

Launch

The big day. The launch of any website/application/campaign is just the beginning of the story. It's important to continually analyze your progress and look for opportunities to improve your business well after your new product is live. We will tweak your product's usability and keep working to improve conversion rates, making sure that you're in complete control of your product's success.

Inspiworks includes 60 days of warranty work in its contract that allows for bug fixes not caught prior to launch.

7.

Product Training

We know what we've built. The functionality & the technical know how needs to be conveyed to the client. In this step, we'll train you and your team about the product along with demonstration to achieve the required tasks. With about two to three hours of training and embedded demo videos for the product, we aim to empower our clients. Training is optional but highly recommended.

8.

Product Support & Maintenance

This is completely optional. We provide full support via a Service Level Agreement which covers phone support and fixing any bugs or errors that arise. Apart from that Inspiworks will measure the results and effectiveness of the initial strategic plan to be sure that you achieve your objectives. We will show you how to quantify the results. Inspiworks is committed to a successful relationship.
